Spring Training Program
March 10-May 21, 2026
Sunday 3:00-4:30 PM; Tuesday & Thursday 7:00-8:30 PM
Spring training will focus on freestyle/Greco-Roman wrestling and includes a plan that is built around local freestyle/GR events, the WWF Freestyle & Greco-Roman State tournament and Northern Plains.
Coaches will attend several spring tournaments.
Summer Training Program
June 2-August 27, 2026
Tentatively hosting two practices on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday (one is Folkstyle only). More details will be released by April, 2026.
**All post season practices will be high paced, intense, and focus on highly motivated high school wrestlers with clear goals and an understanding of our wrestling room standards and expectations.

Requirements
All participants are required to have a credit card on file (through Square) and current USA Wrestling Membership. If an athlete turns 18 before September 1, 2024, he/she must complete the Safe Sport requirements through USAW.
Partial Sessions
Partial sessions are not available. Athletes must have a monthly membership or register for the entire session. There is a $30 drop-in fee option at anytime.
