Victory School of Wrestling would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.  The Holidays are most special when we're able to appreciate loved ones and the birth of our Savior Jesus Christ.

High School practices will be held at normal times over the school break (Wednesday, December 23rd; Sunday, December 27th; Sunday, January 3rd). 

One-on-one sessions are available by appointment.  Individuals seeking video review, mental preparation or technique focus may contact Kevin Black at 715-441-2980 to set up a holiday appointment.

Championship Plan; Championship Performance           12.06.09

To provide athletes with the "extra edge" that will help push them over the edge, Victory will focus on mental and spiritual preparations during the week for high school athletes.  Each athlete enrolled in the In Season Training Program will turn in a weekly journal that will challenge each of them to become the TOTAL ATHLETE - body, mind and soul.

The first set of questions are very straight forward, but difficult to answer quickly.  The question of "what is your purpose?" is the most important question if an athlete is going to reach their maximum potential.  "What are your goals?" is the secondary question.  Our purpose in sports and our goals are NOT the same.  Our purpose needs to be much higher.  Goals are still very important, but they're meaningless without a bigger purpose.
