2012 REGIONAL WARM-UP

The Regional Warm-Up is Victory School of Wrestling’s most popular program. It is a snapshot into what it is to train at the highest levels of the sport of wrestling. Over two months, athletes will take part in a training program specifically designed to help athletes “peak” at the optimal time – the Kid’s regional and state tournaments.
Through a various modes of training, including, but not limited to, drilling, live combat, strength and conditioning, etc., athletes will learn how to put their bodies through a short and precise training cycle.
The Regional Warm-Up is open to athletes grades 5-8. A small number of 4th grade athletes will be allowed to participate as well.
